Asia Pacific Geoparks Network (APGN) was created in 2017 and is composed by 94 UNESCO Global Geoparks from 12 Nations. The  objective of the APGN is to provide a networking platform between stakeholders of established and Aspiring UNESCO Global Geoparks with stakeholders of territories to facilitate the establishment of future UNESCO Global Geoparks and improve geological conservation and Geoparks governance.
